If you’ve just installed M2E Pro to your Magento, you need to go through the Initial Configuration. Link M2E Pro with your Channel accounts using Wizard hints. After Configuration is completed, the information about linked Channels accounts will be automatically imported to your customer account on M2E Accounts.
Tip
Read the details about Configuration Wizard for eBay, Amazon, and Walmart for Magento 1, as well as for eBay, Amazon, and Walmart for Magento 2.
If you already have M2E Pro installed and want to add another Channel account to your subscription, navigate to eBay/Amazon/Walmart > Configuration > Accounts and click Add Account.
Tip
If you’ve added a Channel Account to M2E Pro, but it’s not on M2E Accounts yet, please contact Support Team at support@m2epro.com.
