M2E Pro keeps your Magento store synchronized with online marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, and Walmart, ensuring your product data is always up-to-date. It does this by automatically detecting changes and comparing them to your synchronization rules to make sure only valid updates are applied.
Product changes are sorted by importance. Urgent actions like "Stop", for example, if the product is becoming out of stock, or "Revise" items, as quantity was changed, are handled first, followed by less critical tasks like "List" and "Relist". This helps keep your product information accurate and organized.
Tip
M2E Pro also manages server load and avoids errors by scheduling its processing actions smartly. It follows the throttling set by Amazon, Walmart, and eBay to prevent you from exceeding their API request limits.
The products could be marked with the label 'Action Scheduled' in the Listing Grid when your sync rules were met, and now the items are waiting in turn to be changed. This label serves as a reminder to help you stay updated.
Tip
Once an action is scheduled, it cannot be canceled, but you can replace it with a different action manually if needed.
After the action starts processing, its label changes to 'Action in Progress,' and it cannot be interrupted until it's completed.
Note
When making updates, manual actions take priority over automatic ones. If both manual and automatic changes are applied to the same item simultaneously, the manual action will be processed while the automatic one is put on hold.
