Most commonly, eBay returns this error when there are words included in your product descriptions or listing templates that violate marketplace policy. Yet, there are other reasons why the error could block listings.
Below are the steps we recommend you take for a solution:
1. Make sure the below are not part of your product titles, descriptions, or listing templates:
words like "COVID-19" or "Coronavirus"
e-mail, website, phone number, postal address, or any hint of your physical location
mention of external payment methods
anti-discrimination, etc.
2. Check if your eBay account has not been compromised while eBay expects you to set a new password.
3. Confirm that your products are allowed in the selected category.
4. As a new eBay seller, make sure there are no limitations on your account because of insufficient positive feedback.
5. Check if your seller account does not require acceptance of new eBay terms.
6. Make sure you have not reached any selling limits.
