The mechanism of the new IP detection is used as a data security measure to prevent any possible risks of attacks and intrusions. Once an attempt to connect from your server to M2E Pro server under a new IP is detected, you get an automatic notification.
If your Magento is working with the previous IP, no error message will appear and there is nothing you should do at this point.
Otherwise, in case Magento is currently operating under a new, unauthorized IP, you may see an error message about the License Key failure: Internal Server Error(s) [This IP(s) is not allowed to work with this License Key.]
To address the error, you should go to the Accounts portal on https://accounts.m2e.cloud/ and choose an option best meeting your case:
Here you can either whitelist a new IP, or block it. For dynamic IP setup, we recommend that you opt for "Allow all IP addresses from the domain".
