You can observe that the Revise for Quantity is turned on by default in the Synchronization Policy. QTY Revise is a vital function in order to keep your stock up-to-date on the channels.
Additionally, the Conditional Revise option is enabled and set to 5 by default. The value can be changed according to your configuration needs. However, let's explore how this option helps.
When Conditional Revise is turned off, M2E Pro checks even the tiniest changes in product quantity. But sometimes, changing high stock numbers, like from 515 to 514, doesn't really matter. It just puts too much load on the system. Meanwhile, more important changes, like going from 2 to 1 for low-stock items, might have to wait instead of getting updated right away. This can lead to problems like selling more than you have.
Tip
Therefore, there is the Conditional Revise option that can be customized to your needs. This way, you can be sure that all the important quantity changes are spotted and updated on time.
To make changes, you can go to the Synchronization Policy > "Revise Rules" tab and find the "Conditional Revise" field.
Note
If Conditional Revise is set to 5, for instance, this means that M2E Pro will start sending QTY updates to eBay/Amazon/Walmart when the QTY in Magento becomes 5 or less.
The other way to get the changes of the Revise Rules in the Synchronization Policy for a specific listing is to select the Edit Settings button in the listing > select Configurations from the drop-down menu > and click the View/Edit button next to Synchronization Policy.
