When submitting tracking details of self-fulfilled Amazon orders, you may see an error stating that the provided tracking ID is incorrect.
From the beginning of 2021, Amazon requires their sellers to provide the correct carrier name and valid tracking ID during the Ship Confirm process of self-fulfilled orders. Otherwise, orders with an invalid tracking ID will not be ship-confirmed.
So, if you get such an error, go to the Orders > Manage Orders page of your Seller Central. Search for the relevant Order ID in the field at the top of the page. Once you find the order, click Edit shipment next to it.
Check whether the tracking information that you have provided is valid and matches the tracking ID format of the selected carrier. The valid tracking ID is usually supplied by the carrier.
Enter the correct tracking details and click Self Ship-Confirm shipment or Re-confirm Shipment.

If you use M2E Pro to manage your Amazon orders, and a Shipment for the order is already created in your Magento, navigate to Sales > Orders. Select the relevant order and go to the Shipments tab. Then click on the shipment to view it.
In the Shipping and Tracking Information section of the Magento Shipment, you can check and send the updated tracking details to Amazon:
Magento 1:
Magento 2:
Once M2E Pro sends the tracking information and it is validated by Amazon, the Amazon order will be updated to Shipped.
