To list or update an Item, eBay requires providing a valid Primary Category. Here are a couple of reasons you see this error on your products: an invalid category ID is used to specify the category or the selected category was removed and is no longer available in the eBay catalog.
You can check your current category settings for the products inside the listing after switching to Settings View Mode. Please opt for the Edit Category Settings option in the Actions drop-down to see the eBay category set for the selected products.
If a Magento Attribute is used as the source of the eBay category ID, please make sure there is a valid ID in the attribute.
You can change the category settings either on the Settings View Mode of the Listing or navigate to eBay > Categories, here search for the right eBay category in the list and click View on it for editing.
